Carlshälls Winter Offer

Are you having a party this coming autumn or winter? From January 8 to March 31, we have an attractive offer with a delicious three-course dinner and wine pairing starting from 1.095 on weekdays, 1.295 on Fridays, and 1.425 on Saturdays. The dinner can be booked in the Manor House, where the fire in the tiled stove creates a cozy atmosphere, or for larger groups in our large banquet hall, the Brännvinskungens Sal in the West Wing. Enjoy our specially composed autumn & winter menu from our renowned kitchen! A warm welcome!

Starters

Seared salmon with ponzu, shaved beets, and sriracha mayonnaise

Beef sirloin tartare with truffle mayonnaise, fried onions, and

Västerbotten cheese

Burrata with dried tomato, fried Jerusalem artichoke, and hazelnut pesto

Main course

Arctic char with white wine sauce and trout roe, pumpkin purée, and dill

Venison with parsnip purée, red wine sauce flavored with juniper, browned

butter, and panko

Whole roasted cauliflower with tahini yogurt, Valencia almonds, sautéed

mushrooms, and grated Gruyère cheese

Desserts

Rum sponge cake with lightly whipped cream and rum raisin ice cream

Apple compote with vanilla ice cream, “drömmar” cookies, and meringues

Whipped browned butter panna cotta with raspberries and nut crunch
Coffee/Tea

 

Monday to Thurday 1 095 SEK

Fridays 1 295 SEK

Saturdays 1 425 SEK

Price includes 1 glass of cava as a welcome drink + 1 glass of wine

suitable for the starter + 1 glass of wine suitable for the main course

+ a refill. Access to the venue is included from 4:00 PM to midnight.

The minimum number of guests is 40 people. All guests agree on the same

menu, our kitchen adapts the food for those with special dietary needs.
